WDDC Service Policy
ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICES
- By enrolling in or using any WDDC service, the Owner confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all service-related terms, conditions, risks, and requirements.
- WDDC reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, limit, or terminate services at any time for reasons including safety, behavior, health, operational limitations, staffing, or policy violations.
- WDDC may modify, discontinue, or adjust any service, schedule, route, facility operation, or program structure at its sole discretion.
DAYCARE & MEMBERSHIP SERVICES
Membership Purpose & Structure
- Memberships are structured to reserve consistent daycare space, staffing allocation, transportation planning, and operational capacity.
- Memberships are not pay-per-use systems; they reserve weekly capacity regardless of attendance.
- Dogs are assigned fixed or non-fixed schedules depending on membership selection and operational approval.
- Fixed schedule members receive priority placement on agreed recurring days.
- Non-fixed schedule members must submit weekly scheduling requests in advance and are subject to availability.
Attendance Rules & Missed Days
- Membership fees apply regardless of attendance, usage, travel, illness, or missed days.
- Unused daycare days do not roll over, accumulate, or convert into future credits unless explicitly stated in boarding credit rules.
- Missed scheduled days without proper notice may still be considered used or forfeited.
- WDDC reserves the right to mark scheduled but unused days as “reserved capacity usage” due to staffing and route planning commitments.
Daycare Eligibility Requirements
- Dogs must be healthy, non-contagious, and behaviorally appropriate for group care environments.
- WDDC may refuse or remove dogs exhibiting:
- Aggression (toward dogs or humans)
- Excessive anxiety or stress
- Dangerous or unpredictable behavior
- Repeated disruption of pack structure
- Signs of contagious illness
- Acceptance into daycare does not guarantee continued eligibility if behavior or health changes.
Transportation & Scheduling Requirements
- All pick-up and drop-off services must be scheduled in advance.
- Owners must ensure dogs are ready at scheduled pickup time and location.
- Drivers will wait no more than 10 minutes for pickup completion.
- Failure to present dog on time may result in missed service and/or schedule forfeiture.
- WDDC reserves the right to adjust routes, timing, and transportation availability at any time.
DAYCARE MEMBERSHIP + BOARDING USAGE TERMS (IMPORTANT)
This section applies ONLY to clients enrolled in daycare memberships who choose to use boarding services.
Eligibility for Boarding Under Membership Clients
- Boarding services are available to active daycare membership clients but are treated as a separate service requiring scheduling approval.
- Boarding is not automatically included unless explicitly stated in a specific membership tier (e.g., unlimited or combined plans).
- All boarding stays must be reserved in advance and approved based on availability.
Boarding Behavior & Acceptance Standards
- Dogs must meet behavioral, health, and safety requirements prior to boarding acceptance.
- WDDC reserves the right to refuse boarding if a dog:
- Displays aggression or unsafe behavior
- Shows signs of illness or contagious conditions
- Cannot safely integrate into boarding environment structure
- Requires specialized handling beyond operational capacity
Use of Membership Daycare Value Toward Boarding (Credit System)
- For eligible daycare membership clients, unused weekly daycare value may be applied toward boarding as a temporary credit conversion system.
- This conversion applies only within the same billing period and does not roll over beyond the current cycle unless approved by management.
- Credit value is calculated based on the membership’s daily allocation rate:
- Weekly membership fee is divided by the number of subscribed daycare days
- Each unused scheduled daycare day may be converted into a boarding credit value at that calculated rate
- Boarding credits:
- Are only applicable toward boarding charges
- Do not convert into cash refunds
- Do not carry forward beyond the current billing cycle unless explicitly approved
- Are applied at WDDC’s discretion based on eligibility and account standing
Boarding Priority for Membership Clients
- Active members may receive priority boarding access depending on availability.
- Membership status does not guarantee boarding space.
- Boarding capacity is limited and based on kennel availability, staffing, and scheduling load.
